Progressive education fortified under Common Core

Dr. Terrence Moore, author of The Story Killers, gives a compelling case against progressive education. It’s a great follow up to my post about John Dewey and the destructive effect of progressive education in American schools. Just because you believe in climate change and other ideas housed under the progressive name, doesn’t mean you believe in progressive education. My most progressive friends always choose a very non-progressive education for their children. Moore gives a descriptive definition and details what progressive education really means. It’s ugly.
